Simulated Game Days
Lock Stock Sporting is proud to be able to offer Simulated Game days of the highest quality, as part of our company portfolio expansion. As with all the LSS offerings, our core value of the highest possible customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
We cater for many budgets, and offer three main packages. In line with our company mantra of high quality client experience, our days can be tailored to suit your exact needs and we offer a range of extras to compliment your day.
Our packages benefit from one major theme – they all allow you to shoot 5 or 6 of our premium drives with exactly the same target count. Our packages differ only in terms of the level of catering that you require, and which we are delighted to offer.
The Silver Package
The Silver Package includes Breakfast, Teas + Coffees, Cakes + Traybakes

Guns have the full use of our shoot bothy, and are welcomed in the morning by a light breakfast with complimentary tea and coffees (available throughout the day).
Our guest will shoot 5 or six of our premium drives, and have a dedicated LSS host.
Teams are asked to bring their own elevenses and lunch, which can be enjoyed in the bothy.
At the end of the day we serve complimentary cakes and tray bakes, to allow our guest to recovery energy for their journey home.
The Gold Package
The Gold Package includes Breakfast, Elevenses, Buffet Lunch, Teas + Coffees, Cakes + Traybakes

Guns have the full use of our shoot bothy, and are welcomed by a light breakfast with tea and coffee.
Our guests will shoot five or six of our premium drives and have a dedicated LSS host.
A light elevenses is served in the field, and a buffet lunch is provided in our bothy by LSS staff.
At the end of the day, cakes and tray bakes are served with tea and coffee.
The Platinum Package
The Platinum Package includes Breakfast, Elevenses, 3 Course Lunch, Teas + Coffees, Soft Drinks, Cakes + Traybakes

Our platinum package. Guns can expect to shoot 5 or 6 of our premium drives, and are catered for all day by the outstanding team from “In Good Taste” catering.
This incredible menu allows for a stunning breakfast, elevenses, sit down three course lunch and afters at the end of the day, with dedicated LSS waiting staff.
Complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks are available all day.

We require a minimum of 8 people booked in advance on any Sim Day. We can accommodate up to 16 people.

We can! One of our dedicated LSS minders or coaches will be with you on the day for the duration of the time on your peg. We recommend that a sim day is perhaps not the right place for a complete novice, but would be delighted to speak to you regarding your individual needs. Get in touch.

A solid question. As an absolute minimum you should have 250 shells for the day, but in reality teams who really get into the swing of the day, can shoot circa 400 shells per person. On average a team of 10 will shoot circa 4500 shells combined. Our team will ensure you have plenty of targets to shoot at, so we recommend you are well armed.

Our team will always aim to give you six of our premium drives, but where short time windows, delays or poor weather are involved, it is sometimes pertinent to shoot five drives instead of six. When this is the case, our team prorate the targets for drive 6 over drives four and five, so you get exactly the same amount of birds.

Guests are welcome to attend with a gun if we have been informed prior to the event, and if they have suitable safety equipment with them. Guests of guns are asked not to wander about when the shooting is underway, and our LSS host will be on hand to offer assistance.

IF the dog is well behaved and under control at all times, then we have no issue with this at all. We ask that you clean up after your beloved pet, and consider if bringing them on very hot days is the best idea.

All of our teams travel in their own vehicles between drives, and a suitable 4x4 is recommended. If you cannot get a seat in a fellow gun’s vehicle before the event, please speak to us and we will do our up-most to accommodate you. We can also offer a full 4x4 chauffeur service for entire teams if it is required.

As an example, a team of 10 will shoot over 5 pegs. Each drive is repeated, so a line of 5 shoot at any one time. Our computer controlled flush sequence traps ensure that exactly the same amount of clays are provided on every drive.

There is a toilet in the Bothy, with complimentary feminine hygiene products. If you need a lift back to the bothy at any stage, just alert your LSS host who will arrange this for you. If not, we have a plethora of tress for that truly rustic feel…!
